Descending Ladder 10 to 1:

  • 225lb Deadlifts
  • Strict Pull-Ups

Deadlift requirements:

  • Shoulders behind bar at the top, with full knee and hip extension
  • Absolutely no bounce of the bar; each rep must be separated by a dead stop

Pull-Up requirements:

  • Chin must travel over the bar for the rep to count
  • Full extension (dead hang) must be achieved between each rep
  • A pronated (hands over) grip must be used
