Dumbbell clusters (clean into thruster) are one of the most taxing total-body exercises around. Combined with rope slams, your endurance will be taxed hard. In this workout you'll superset the two exercises in an ascending ladder 1 to 10, with the rope slams being done in multiples of ten — 1 cluster, 10 slams; 2 clusters, 20 slams; and so on up to 10/100.
