Every Wednesday at 6:00pm, Styrka hosts the Strength Training Fundamentals workshop. We'll help you master essential moves like the squat (including front and overhead variations), deadlift, bench press, military press, row, and pull-up. We'll teach assistance exercises to accelerate your development, and help you with program design so you can make consistent, measurable progress.
